Qulification of Fellows and Memebers :
| 1. |
The following persons shall be entitled to be Fellowsof the Institute, namely:- |

| a |
All such persons as:- |
|
| i |
shall, by writing under their respective hands in such forms as shall from time to time be approved by the Executive Board, have applied to be admitted to Membership and agreed to be bound by the Memorandum and Articles; |
| ii |
shall have paid the prescribed fees; |
| iii |
shall have attained the age of 20 years, |
| iv |
shall have proved to the satisfaction of the Executive Board of his experience in the relevant field of concrete production, testing or other relevant experience; and |
| v |
shall have satisfied the Executive Board as to his general character and suitability |

| 2. |
The following persons shall be entitled to beMembers of the Institute, namely:- |
|
| a |
All such persons as:- |
|
| i |
shall, by writing under their respective hands in such forms as shall from time to time be approved by the Executive Board, have applied to be admitted to Membership and agreed to be bound by the Memorandum and Articles; |

shall have paid the prescribed fees; |

Requiremetns for Company Members:
| 1 |
No company shall be eligible for admission as aCompany Member of the Institute unless it: |
|
| a |
is legally registered in Hong Kong under the local laws; |
| b |
shall have paid the prescribed fees; |
| c |
has proved to the satisfaction of the Executive Board of its business related to the field of concrete production and application or other relevant industry; and |
| d |
in all cases satisfies the Executive Board as to its general suitability to be a company member. |
